Read More	POWERS LAKE Margaret Grubb, 94, Williston, formerly of Powers Lake, died Wednesday, April 4, 2012, in a Williston nursing home. Margaret Ovedia Enget was born July 26, 1917, in Powers Lake, North Dakota to Nels and Marion Enget. She attended Powers Lake High school after which she moved to Chicago to live with Uncle Haggen and family to look for work. Her heart nearly broke missing her family and younger brothers and sisters so much that it didn't take long before she returned to Powers Lake. This was fortunate for Earl Grubb because they got acquainted with one another at a Bible Camp. After a brief pursuit on Earl's part, they were engaged and married on May 18, 1937. The couple remained in Powers Lake while Earl was a Watkins Dealer and later as a Bulk Standard Oil Agent. Earl packed up his family for college/seminary at Bethel College, St Paul, Minnesota. He also pastored at a church in River Falls, Wisconsin during that time. Margaret supported him in his years of ministry and was involved in the many aspects of church programs. They served churches in River Falls, Wisconsin; Valley City, North Dakota; Tioga, North Dakota; Beatrice, Nebraska, and in their retirement years served as an interim pastor to several other churches including Bethel Baptist at Powers Lake. Many will remember Margaret for all the handwork she loved doing. She enjoyed having company, and always had a listening ear. In their retirement years Earl And Margaret built a home in Powers Lake. Earl passed away in 1995 and Margaret remained there up to until her move to The Kensington in 2010, and then in 2011 to Bethel Nursing Home both of Williston. Margaret was called home on April 4, 2012, just in time to celebrate the resurrection of her Lord this Easter Season. Preceding her in death were her parents; son, Ellis Grubb (still birth); her beloved husband, Earl; her brothers, Avery, Rayburn and Herbert Enget; and sisters, Dolly Gibson and Doris Arrison. She leaves cherished memories to her children, Donald (Sharon) Grubb, Mesa, AZ, Dennis (Jackie) Grubb, Williston, ND, Elaine (Allen) Cortez, Lynden, WA, Duane (Deb) Grubb, Bismarck, ND, and David (Lynn) Grubb, New Llano, LA; her 13 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, and 2 great great-grandchildren.
