F. J. BREZO Mary L. Kraisinger, daughter of Frank and Mary Kraisinger, was born in Czechoslovakia on the 11th of May 1876 and departed this life on the 8th of July, 1941 at the age of 55 years, 1 month, and 27 days. When 20 years of age she came to this country and on the 30th of December was united in marriage to Ferdinand J. Brezo. To this union were born seven children: Libbie, William J., Adolph, Elsie, Mary, George, and Velma. Since coming to America Mrs. Brezo has always made her home in Richland township, the last 35 years on the present farm home south of Pick, Adair county. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ferdinand J. on June 24, 1934; one daughter, Mrs. Libbie Cihak, December 27, 1936; one son, Adolph, August 10, 1931, and one grandson, Harold Cihak, September 28, 1928. About five years ago Mrs. Brezo suffered a serious heart attack from which she never completely recovered. About two days prior to her death she suffered a paralytic stroke at the home of a sister-in-law at Solon, Iowa where she had been visiting relatives for a few days. She leaves to mourn her death five children: William J. Brezo of Prescott, Mrs. Elsie Campbell, George Brezo, Mrs. William Ahnen and Mary Brezo of Orient, two brothers, Frank Kraisinger of Timken, Kansas and James B. Kraisinger of Prescott, ans six grandchildren, besides many other relatives and friends. Mrs. Brezo was a kind and loving wife and mother and a friend to all whom she knew. Throughout the years she had a true and devoted affection for all her children and grandchildren with a generosity that only a good mother would show. During her lifetime her faith in God was ever unfailing. Her loss will be greatly missed by her many relatives and friends and as the days go on her memory will be with us now and forever more. Funeral services were conducted by the Rev. J. E. Clark assisted by the Rev. Howard at the Otis Chapel Church, Adair County, Thursday afternoon, July 16, 1941. Music was furnished by the men's quartet of the Penn Avenue Church. Interment was in the Bohemian National Cemetery.
