Read More	Otis J Reinmiller Obit Otis J. Reinmiller, 79, Hidalgo, Texas, formerly of Staplehurst, died Dec 13,2004. He was born Aug 23, 1925, in Seward to John and Jeanette (Pape) Reinmiller He was a graduate of Seward High School and a World War II U S Army veteran. Mr. Reinmiller was a Cpl T-5 and spent most of his tour of duty in the Philippines. He was discharged in 1948 He was the former postmaster of Staplehurst and a rural letter carrier He married Sylvia Vondra on March 15, 1949, at St. Mary's Cathedral in Lincoln. He was a member of the National League of Postmasters Auxiliary, serving as vice president and president at the state and national levels, and the National Rural Letter Carriers Association. He was a former member of Beaver Crossing Christian Fellowship and a member of Baptist Temple in McAllen, Texas. After his retirement in 1991, the couple worked with Mobile Missionaries Assistance program, a group that built churches and schools all over the United States and Mexico. They moved to Mission, Texas, and worked for the Rio Grande Children's Home and Valley Christian School Later, they moved to Hidalgo, Texas, and traveled to Honduras where they conducted medical clinics. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Cletus, Bernard and Mike Reinmiller. Survivors include his wife, Sylvia, Hidalgo, Texas, sons and daughter-in-law, Alan Reinmiller, Fort Myers, Fla., and Eric and Lynn Reinmiller, daughters and sons-in-law, Patti and Enrique Galindo, McAllen, Texas, and Jean and Mike Lehmann, Coon Rapids, Minn., seven grandchildren, two greatgrandchildren, brother and sister-in-law, Ron and Vivian Reinmiller, Euless, Texas, and sister, Joyce Arthaud, White Bear Lake, Minn. Funeral services will be Wednesday, Dec. 22, at 2 p.m. at Wood-Zabka Funeral Home in Seward with the Rev. Rex Holt officiating. Burial will be at Seward Cemetery with full military honors by VFW Post 4755 Memorials may be directed to Mission of Love in care of Wood-Zabka Funeral Home.
