Burial was in Rose Hill cemetery. Sarah E. Rengler was born in Union county, Pennsylvania, January 11, 1869, and died at her home in Albion, December 28, 1938, after a lingering illness. When she was a small child she moved with her parents to Michigan. In 1884 the family moved to Nebraska and in 1885 settled on a farm near St. Edward in Boone county. She attended school in St. Edward. March 22, 1893, she was united in marriage to C. L. Postle. To this union four children were born, one of whom died in infancy, a daughter Geneva passed away about two years ago. Two sons, Justin R. Postle of Helena, Montana, and Robert S. Postle of Los Angeles, with her husband survive her. Mrs. Postle was a member of the local chapter of the P. E. O. Sisterhood. She was also a member and an active worker in the Congregational church in this city. A woman of deep religious faith she bore the suffering of her last illness with infinite patience and endurance.
