Mr. Barton was born Sept. 20, 1939, in Des Moines, the son of Maynard O. and Myrtle B. Stansberry BARTON. Mr. BARTON graduated from Fairfield High School in 1957. He was a machinist with Nelson Company. Mr. BARTON was a NASCAR fan and had a passion for cars and motorcycles. He enjoyed spending time with family, friends and coworkers. Survivors include one sister, Marybelle JENN of Waterloo and one daughter, Tiffany CASSAS of Fairfield. -------- Note: Stephen is buried in the same plot as his parents.
