| Description | : | The Abbottabad Central Cemetery (Muslim) was established on Mansehra Road, Abbottabad, NWFP (now KPK) , Pakistan, in the early 1940s , to meet the growing need for an urban Muslim cemetery, as more and more Muslim refugees from India came and settled here in 1947 and afterwards. It is still in use although very crowded and the local municipal authorities have set up 2 or 3 other, newer cemeteries now, to meet the growing needs of this expanding hill town.
