Description : In 2017, the descendants of those who were buried at the Addison Graveyard approved to have their ancestors removed from this cemetery and reburied at the Saint John's Episcopal Church Cemetery, located four miles south in Fort Washington. The present property is now the site of a casino and the families felt it was no longer a dignified location for their ancestors to be buried. In all, 36 bodies were removed and brought to Saint John's and reburied in a 60'x60' family plot.
