Description : "This building stands on the site of the old garrison church of early British times. The church was demolished when the present St. Andrew's Church was built, and the site sold to the Wesleyan Mission. The tablets and tombstones which it contained lay for some time in the compound of the Wesleyan Chapel, and when the hall was built, five of them were let into the walls of that structure."
