Description	:	We spent the night in the ancestral home of some of the occupants of this cemetery in 1999. It took a good number of hours "trail blazing" in the woods to find what remains of the family burial ground established by Captain John Beddoe with the first grave in 1815. His epitaphs came from literature: "Fear no more the heat of the sun","Few and evil were his days" on a son's grave in 1828, relating to the child's affliction of epilepsy.
