Description	:	Boy's Village was established in 1870, and was called the "House of Reformation and Instruction", later to become Boy's Village. Juvenile boys from throughout the state of Maryland in need of guidance and reformation were sent there by the courts. Its cemetery is just south of the intersection of Frank Tippett Road and Surratts Road. No markers are visible. [To the left in the cemetery photo is the back side of Maryland Veterans Cemetery at Cheltenham].
