Description	:	This cemetery is located in a field to the south of Calvert Shaver Rd., approx. 2.3 miles NE of Manheim, Preston Co., WV. This cemetery is located in what was once know as the Braham settlement, thus the name. There was once a school in the same area called the Braham School. Early settlers were Thomas and Nicholas Braham. The cemetery is also referred to as the Briery Mountain Cemetery because of it's location on Briery Mountain. Read More	This cemetery is located in a field to the south of Calvert Shaver Rd., approx. 2.3 miles NE of Manheim, Preston Co., WV. This cemetery is located in what was once know as the Braham settlement, thus the name. There was once a school in the same area called the Braham School. Early settlers were Thomas and Nicholas Braham. The cemetery is also referred to as the Briery Mountain Cemetery because of it's location on Briery Mountain. I am not sure where the Bucklew Cemetery designation came from other than the fact that there are several Bucklews buried in the cemetery. The road from Manheim up over the hill to this cemetery is rough and a 4-wheel drive is advisable. You can also access this cemetery from the CR 7/13 - Whetsell Settlement Road off of Rt. 7 just east of Kingwood, but that is the long way around.
