Description	:	The graves of the Abraham Bridges family have never been found. The homestead was removed when highway 86 running from Dennysville to Marion was improved. The property was located just at the sharp corner just past where the old Stage Coach road intersected. The Bridges family moved to the other side of the River on the old Stage Coach road. It is unknown how many members of the family were buried on the homestead. The local historical society has the grave of the patriarch of the family as having been moved to Charlotte... The property was located just at the sharp corner just past where the old Stage Coach road intersected. The Bridges family moved to the other side of the River on the old Stage Coach road. It is unknown how many members of the family were buried on the homestead. The local historical society has the grave of the patriarch of the family as having been moved to Charlotte although there is no record of such and no known reason that he would have been moved there. Other family graves may have been moved to the Marion cemetery, however if there were stones they were not moved. It is likely that Abraham and his wife were buried here along with some of his children.
