Description	:	A Native American cemetery holding members of the Creek Nation. In 1948, the Army Corps of Engineers surveyed this cemetery as part of the Heyburn Reservoir Project. It was determined not to be in the impoundment area of the reservoir. (So did not require relocation.) Located in Sec 12 T17N 9E. At that time, there was determined to be 8 graves. Only one had a headstone. There were two grave houses (shingled), a limestone marker, a wooden marker, a tin funeral home marker and at least three unmarked graves.
