| Description | : | "On the hillside, above a sharp depression of the land below the road, and opposite the Asa Munson residence, under the shade of some very old trees, there is a family burial plot in which the writer found, in 1917, traces of several graves, some of which are still marked with plain stones. This is without any doubt the last resting place of Jonathan Carver and several members of his family." The writer is Williams T. Blair who wrote The Michael Shoemaker Book in 1924.
