Description | : | Banatsko Veliko Selo (Serbian Cyrillic: Банатско Велико Село) is a village located in the municipality of Kikinda, North Banat District, Serbia; specifically Severnobanatski okrug, Vojvodina, Serbia. The village was formed after World War II by combining three villages. Those three villages had had a Banat Swabian ethnic majority prior to World War II, and were named Sankt Hubert, Charleville, and Seultour in German. In Hungarian they were known as Szenthubert, Károlyliget, and Szentborbála. |
