Description	:	The Cody's Baptist Cemetery was once also referred to as The Thorne Town Cemetery and is a Loyalist burial ground. Most likely established between the late 1700's and early 1800's, this cemetery became the final resting place for some of the earliest settlers that colonized the area, including many loyalist families. By the 1960's the cemetery became "full" and suffered years of neglect at which time much of the cemetery had became overgrown with trees and bushes.
