Deserted and uncared for when copied August 15, 1924. Only one road proceeds westerly from Tuthilltown, and that is Main Street (NY State Route 44/55). The pin on the map is a measured 1.5 miles along this road from the center of Tuthilltown, only an approximate vicinity for the burial ground. One may ask, why did Poucher NOT use Benton...
