Description	:	This historic cemetery has been an active cemetery since about 1830 and is still in use today. It is at the site of the Ebenezer Methodist Episcopal Chapel, the "Mother Church" of the St. Mary's Circuit, Baltimore Conference of the M.E. Church. The chapel was first built on the site in the 1820's. Ebenezer was closed after World War II and its congregation was merged with the that of the former Cedar Point M. E.
