Description	:	Previously Kincardineshire, the old churchyard lies on a hill above Auchinblae. Fordoun Parish Church was built in 1829 on a site known as Kirkton of Fordoun. It has been a religious site since the 7th century. Saint Palladius is reputedly buried on the site and the Saint Palladius Chapel is within the boundary of the churchyard.
