Description | : | The ruined former kirk, first mentioned in 1222, was dedicated to St Michael the Archangel, and is now the Glenbervie Aisle, the burial vault of the lairds of Glenbervie. In 1826, it was superseded by the present Glenbervie Parish Church. The gravestones are mainly from the 17th to 19th century. The track leading down to the churchyard is signposted from the main road but cuts through the grounds of a factory. |
