Sly and Clare Sullivan has the following description of Graveyard Point Cemetery: "This is a sad a shocking story, reported as follows by Norman Keefe with information from Aleta Carter. This cemetery was located in the old Stanley pasture on Cape Carter, West Brooklin. It was destroyed several years ago and the stones removed.
