Description : Established in 1871, the Hill Family Cemetery is a small family cemetery named for the primary family buried here. Since the hillside is at least a 50 degree slope, the name is fitting for its unique location. Every year on the Sunday before Memorial Day, services are held at about 3:15 PM to honor those who are buried here. These services began at sometime after World War I and have continued ever since.
