Laura J. Stewart and Martha Powell Reneau Harrison documented the cemetery in 1998 as "three graves identifiable & 14 unidentifiable". The three identified were Lavinia Lewis Holland & her two grandsons: Lewis C. & Carroll C. Holland. They prodded and unearthed Lavinia's headstone that was completely covered over. They stood it up to take a photo of it, but then buried it like it was because of the cows.
