| Description | : | Holland Chapel A.M.E. Zion church grew out of the great Ebenezer A.M.E. Zion Church. Jezzie Holland donated the land for Holland Chapel in the 1860s. The original forefathers were: Rich Burnette Van Farrington Maggie Cotton Rev. Green Farrar Rev. Meckie Thompson Services started under a brush arbor in 1864. The first building was erected in 1867 1919 a second building was erected. 1942 Current building was erected. 1950 choir loft and two classrooms were added.
