Description	:	Directions: From KY 15, at Clay City, KY, take KY 82 for 0.9 mile. Turn left onto Old Forge Mill Road and go one mile. The cemetery is located on the left side of the road, just off road. Remarks: The cemetery is not fenced but has a stone wall about two feet high built at it's front entrance, made of shale. The cemetery appears to be abandoned and is overgrown. It does not appear to be receiving maintenance or visitation. Most of the stones have been knocked over and some are damaged. There...
