| Description | : | Built in 1657 by Count Gustav Horn af Björneborg Häringe, a Finnish noble, Häringe Castle is located about 35 km south of Stockholm and lies within the Häringe-Hammersta Nature Reserve. Although the manor house stayed in the count's family until 1769, the house has had several owners through the years. In the 1930s millionaire Torsten Kreuger sold the beautifully remodeled castle to Axel Wenner-Gren, the multi-millionaire founder of Electrolux vacuum cleaners.
