Description	:	The site of the old church dates back to the medieval period, with reference to the church being granted to Elgin Cathedral in 1203. It was rebuilt in 1569 but abandoned in 1819, when a new church was built nearby. The church, of which there is now no trace, was located on the flat top of the graveyard, overlooking the River Isla with two lower levels of graveyard. A public cemetery extension was built on the northern boundary of the original graveyard. The new Keith cemetery of Broomhill is on the north east of Keith.
