Description	:	In May 2019, the location of the long rumored Kizer Cemetery was confirmed by the Cedar County Pioneer Cemetery Association. The name suggested by the rumors, was possibly because the only grave marker that was found in the 1937 WPA Survey, was recorded being for "Catharine Kiser", laying down in a field. They located the cemetery at the spot that legend suggested, about two miles straight west of the Tipton Masonic Cemetery. They located the cemetery at the spot that legend suggested, about two miles straight west of the Tipton Masonic Cemetery. On October 30, 2020, the rest of Catharine's grave marker was located, the full text being a match to the WPA Survey, other than her husband's name was spelled Kizer.
