Description	:	Once part of the James Madison Livermore farm, this abandoned cemetery lies within the current boundaries of Oakley Corners State Forest, just off trail B5, close to the Town of Newark Valley / Town of Owego line, west of a defunct farm road that once connected Snapp Road to the state forest right of way in the portion north of Dutchtown Road. The small cemetery is surrounded by a crumbling stone wall. Graves of Livermore family members were exhumed about 1880 and re-interred in Hope Cemetery (village of Newark Valley). No definite record of the remaining burials has been found.
