Description	:	The plot on which the borough of Liverpool was originally laid out was warranted by John Staily. On October 25, 1808, John and his wife Eve gave the deed to John Huggins for 121 acres, reserving one and a half acres for a cemetery. John Huggins had it surveyed and plotted by Peter Williamson.
