Description	:	Menard Cemetery is located near Dresbach. The Menard family was one of the original settlers of Dresbach Township. Joseph Maynard (original spelling) was the first person buried here after his death in November 1865 from a farming accident in which he broke his leg. Although he lived several weeks afterward, the injury eventually resulted in his death. Parts of the cemetery were taken when I-90 was built. As necessary, the graves were exhumed and the remains moved - it is believed to a cemetery in Onalaska, Wisconsin. No one knows for sure as the records were either lost or never...
