The cemetery is pleasant, and the basic upkeep is fine, but not the sort that would be done if the cemetery were an ongoing concern. The phone number in the heading is for the groundskeeper. Turn left out of the station turnstiles, and walk uphill. Stay on the road, and bear right, and you will see the gate to the cemetery. If you bear left, and walk a hundred or so metres up the hill, there are a few nice cafes in a lovely neighbourhood across from the greenery, and the cemetery above the cafes. The cemetery borders a middle school, small apartment buildings, and single family homes. Negishi Foreign Cemetery is a verdant, peaceful, pleasant spot, and if your loved ones are here, rest assured their final resting place is a good one.
