| Description | : | The latest "find" is the burial ground on the Howard Decker farm below Roxbury, above the gravel bank. There are about 30 stones there, but most are simple fieldstones without an inscription There is one stone with names and dates. This is a marble slab, even with the ground, which says "Amos Parker, died October 5, 1831, age 52 years, 8 mohths, 11 days. Also Harriet, daughter of Amos and Elizabeth Parker, who died June 19, 1823, age 1 year, months, 25 days." i Little is known of the Parker family, which was evidently pioneer one.
