Description : From IL Rt. 105 (Market St.) head weest on Bridge St. under the Railroad viaduct to the first St. turning left, crossing the Railroad tracks. At the stop sign you will see the cemetery is directly in front of you. The cemetery is card for but no longer in use. When the new Monticello Cemetery was opened in the 1870's many graves were moved from the old cemetery to the new, so that the remaining graves are scattered over a large area within Robert Burke Park. Next to the Monticello Community Swimming Pool.
