Description	:	Pest Hill Cemetery. This was the site of a Pest House, which was a quarantine facility used to prevent the spread of deadly diseases. The Reidsville Review of 29 Aug 1902 stated that there was a "pest-house" being built in Spray for the containment of small pox victims. At the time, there were about a dozen cases in Leaksville and a few cases at Spray. No mention was made as to the location. One legible tombstone, one broken tombstone, numerous graves marked only with fieldstones. This cemetery has been vandalized.
