The north side is bound by Pineville Avenue. The cemetery is officially Pineville but some older generation continue to refer to it as Baptist Cemetery out of loyalty and respect. Information provided by a local genealogical society states that the area of Pineville Cemetery was the property of Warren Jackson and his wife, Annie Barnett.
