Description	:	Pioneer Cemetery, also known as Box Butte Cemetery, was established in 1886 and abandoned in 1907, serving the now extinct Box Butte City in NE Box Butte County. There are no marked graves but a monument has been placed listing most of the adults and children buried there. It is maintained by the Manion Family on who's land it is located.
