Description	:	History from "Looking Back at Victory" (1979)... "There was an agitation for a cemetery in 1916 A.D. lead by the Ladies Auxiliary of the Pleasant Butte Grain Growers Association. It was later though advisable to organize a Public Cemetery Committee and on the 7th of February, 1917, the Co. was incorporated under the Saskatchewan Public Cemetery Act. Later a Board of Directors was appointed as follows: Fredrick Parr, Otto Gullick and John Evenson. Fredrick Parr donated one acre of ground at the S.W. corner of Section 34-20-10 W of 3.
