Poles forcibly taken by the NKVD from the territory of Poland occupied by the Soviet Union after its attack on Poland on 17 September 1939 and held under guard in a few barrack in the middle of the tundra in Sievierna Korgova (Northern Korgova) ca. 30 km from Vierkhnyaya Toyma.
