Description	:	This cemetery is no longer marked as such, it used to have a fence around it and crude markers but the fence was destroyed at the turn of the century around 1900 and thus the exact location was lost. There are 5 known Schreyer graves here. The family tradition and a Callaway Courier newspaper article say that the graves were located very near the present day memorial marker found on Arnold River Road, though one online source says the graves are about 1/4 mile away from marker. Read More	This cemetery is no longer marked as such, it used to have a fence around it and crude markers but the fence was destroyed at the turn of the century around 1900 and thus the exact location was lost. There are 5 known Schreyer graves here. The family tradition and a Callaway Courier newspaper article say that the graves were located very near the present day memorial marker found on Arnold River Road, though one online source says the graves are about 1/4 mile away from marker. The graves were located next to the bank of the river. John's descendants say there used to be a cedar tree by the graves. This land was part of the original homestead claim filed by Frederick Schreyer on Oct. 22, 1878.
