In 1844 they brought Christianity to the area, establishing a mission station on this point named Kariri and later moved. History: Built in 1926 & renovated in 1981. Visiting Hours/Restrictions: Open any time - access is quite difficult with no formed paths - would not advise trying to visit after dark. |
