It is a private Cemetery that was Established by Christine Stratton around 1911. At the time there were no Cemeteries close by. So the family gave a section of land for a cemetery. It is not easy to get into and the best time to get into the cemetery is when it is very dry. Many of the graves have been over taken by Lilac bushes. At one time, some one went in and created cement place to display the names of the people that were buried in the overgrown lilac bushes.
