Description	:	The Swain cemetery; aka Hudnall cemetery, is reached by travelling south from Cool Springs on road 369 and turning left at milepost 3 onto Union Hill Scool road and then turn right onto Little Bend road and stop at the farm house at the end of the road on a Bluff overlooking the Green River. The Bluff is just West of the mouth of the Thoroughfare cutoff, and above what had been Hudnall landing. At high flood stage of the Green River the Bluff is an island. When I visited the cemetery in 1982, the farm was owned by Harold Brown. The Swain cemetery was just East of his barn in a timbered area. The cemetery was in a sorry state of upkeep; the cows had trampled and knocked over many grave markers. The graves of eleven individuals could be identified.
