Description	:	The Farm Cemetery is located between Baby 700 Cemetery and Chunuk Bair 13.7 kilometres from the Eceabat - Bigali junction in the ANZAC area. “The Farm” was a stone shepherd's hut on the western slopes of Chunuk Bair ridge, known to the Turks as “Aghyl” (“sheepfold”). It was held by a number of different units during the Chunuk Bair offensive between August 6-10, 1915, but abandoned when the Turks counter-attacked and the line was withdrawn. The cemetery was made after the Armistice. There are now 652 Commonwealth servicemen of the First World War buried or commemorated in the cemetery; special memorials commemorate seven soldiers believed to be buried among them, but 645 burials are unidentified.
