Per survey done in 1972 by James Tyner, Maxine Tyner and Alice Tyner Timmons, "An observation: In this beautiful valley back before the turn of the century, the Tincup family lived on the knoll above Beaty Creek. Near their home was the family cemetery. Today, instead of the little burial place, farm buildings cover the area. They lived their appointed time, and this record is made so that they will be remembered." Also buried here are Tincup children and unknown others.	In Delaware County, Sec. 18, R25E, T22N.
