Description	:	The first known survey of this cemetery was done by Dr. Allan E. Marble on September 18, 1971. He did not give the cemetery a name other than to note that it was Baptist. However, per his usual custom, he assigned it an identifying number, in this case 109, and a location, Melvern Square. At a later date, Genweb volunteers transcribed Dr. Marble’s survey notes and made them available online at Rootsweb and, at that time, the volunteers named it “United Baptist Church Graveyard” and cited the location as Melvern Square.
