Description : This is a cemetery located on the top of a hill outside of Valley Head, DeKalb County, Alabama. According to a local man who videotaped this cemetery, it belongs to the Winston Plantation. I have searched all the cemeteries to locate people buried there. There was no luck elsewhere. I've done genealogical work on the people shown to have tombstones & located additional information. According to death certificates, this cemetery is called a "Community" cemetery or it's called Valley Head Cemetery. There is an old Valley Head Cemetery but it is not this one.... Read More
