Description	:	This is an old pioneer cemetery that is no longer in use and not easily accesable. As of April 15, 2011 the cemetery may be reached as follows: From US 421- Take exit 285 and head south on Brushy Mountain Road to Vannoy Ridge Road. Follow Vannoy Ridge Road (this becomes a gravel road) to Umbarger Road - there is no sign, look for a row of about 7-8 mailboxes - turn up Umbarger Road (this is a dirt road) to a three-way split. There is a street sign - High Meadows Lane is to the left; Patrick Lane is to the right and gated. Take the middle road up the short hill, stop, and look to your right. You will see the angelic statue shown in my photo.
