He attended country school in Egan until enlisting in the U.S. Air Force. Kenneth served in Germany during the air lift and also the Korean Conflict. After he was discharged, Kenneth farmed with his father near Estelline. On November 14, 1956, Kenneth was united in marriage with Elaine Erfman in Sioux Falls, SD. Read More	Kenneth LeRoy Kasdorf Jun 25 1927 - Feb 08 2008 Kenneth LeRoy Kasdorf, the son of Arthur and Emma (Platts) Kasdorf was born June 25, 1927 in Egan, SD. He attended country school in Egan until enlisting in the U.S. Air Force. Kenneth served in Germany during the air lift and also the Korean Conflict. After he was discharged, Kenneth farmed with his father near Estelline. On November 14, 1956, Kenneth was united in marriage with Elaine Erfman in Sioux Falls, SD. Kenneth drove truck for Frank Willer's Trucking. He then was employed at Iseman Mobile Homes as a repair and setup technician for 30 years. Even after his retirement, Kenneth was able to stay busy. Kenneth was a member of Wesley United Methodist Church, the V.F.W., and the Methodist Men's Group. Kenneth also loved to fish. Grateful for having shared his life are his wife, Elaine of Sioux Falls; his seven children, Christine (Rey) Ortega of Harrisburg, SD, Michael of Yankton, SD, Timothy of Lincoln, NE, Cindy (Steve) Lewis of Sioux Falls, Kenneth Jr. (Tammy) of Sioux City, IA, Dawn (Keith) Seidschlaw of Sioux Falls, Henry (Theresa) of Sioux Falls; 17 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; four brothers, Fred Kasdorf of Ellensburg, WA, Ralph Kasdorf of Estelline, SD, Floyd (Cora) Kasdorf of Bruce, SD, Jack (Bev) Kasdorf of Watertown, SD; ten sisters, Mary (Jim) Leibfried of Winnipeg, Canada, Eleanor Alderman of Volga, SD, Bonnie (Bruce) Begalka of Brookings, SD, Ruth Ann (Gayle) Rasmussen of Ivanhoe, MN, Maxine Friskey of Moose Lake, MN, Francis Weiland of Baraboo, WI, Vera Sween of Gary, SD, Marian Sween of Estelline, SD, Viola Free of Kittitas, WA, Joyce (Milton) Flisrand of Arlington, SD; many nieces and nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, a daughter, Barbara, and a brother, Art.
