Dyer at Fairfield, Iowa, November 27, 1889. There were born to this union fifteen children, three of whom are deceased. Read More	Ada Bell Dyer was born November 20, 1869, at Lockridge, Iowa, and passed away at Omaha, December 30, 1946, at her home. She was married to Ishmael W. Dyer at Fairfield, Iowa, November 27, 1889. There were born to this union fifteen children, three of whom are deceased. She leaves to mourn her loss the following children: Bernard of Morris, Minn.; Perry of McCool Jct.; Mrs. R.E. (Hazel) Rhodes of Grand Junction, Colo.; Mrs. George (Gladys) Taylor of Geneva; George of Hastings; Mrs. R.G. (Anne) Allen of Omaha; Glen of York; Mrs. C.L. (Edith) Koeningstein of Fort Dodge, Iowa; Thomas of Omaha; Arthur of Chicago, Ill.; Paul of Omaha, and Forrest of Galveston. One son was in the first world war, also a son-in-law. Four sons and six grandsons were in the second world war. Mrs. Dyer was an invalid for the past ten years of her life, but brave and patient through it all. A kind and loving mother has gone to her rest. Funeral services were held in the Fairmont Methodist church on Thursday, January 2, with her former pastor, Rev. Robert L. Embree of Friend in charge, assisted by Rev. L.A. Fishel of Fairmont. Six of Mrs. Dyer's sons acted as pallbearers. The singers were Mrs. Ross Dorrance, Mrs. Rufus Dado, Oliver Moul and Alden McFadden, with Mrs. A.A. Ashby at the piano. Interment in the Fairmont cemetery by the side of her husband, who preceded her in death in February, 1937.
